About Dr. Mia

Organizational Psychologist | Executive Advisor | Culture Transformation Strategist

My work brings the science of organizational psychology to life — translating complex human dynamics into clear, actionable executive leadership strategy.

I help leadership teams answer the questions that quietly determine performance:

  • Why do highly intelligent executive teams get stuck?
  • What makes workplace culture feel energized — or quietly brittle?
  • Why do some leaders build deep trust while others generate only surface-level compliance?
  • How do unseen psychological dynamics shape decision-making at the highest levels?

The answers are rarely found in traditional leadership frameworks. They are found in how people think, influence, relate, and operate within systems.

When leaders learn to think like an organizational psychologist, they begin to see what others miss — hidden patterns, cultural fault lines, cognitive blind spots, and structural friction. And once you can see clearly, everything changes.
